In a recent post, Rik from the "Click Heard Round the World" blog, praised the way we are conducting our current Global Kids' Online Leadership Programs job search. Thanks Rik!
Remember those "Choose Your Own Adventure" books from when you were a kid? I used to LOVE those things. Well, now my friends at Global Kids have announced a new "Choose-Your-Own-Job-Description" set of job openings... I think it's a really innovative and logical way to do a job search, since ultimately every person has something unique that they bring to the table that is only rarely fully captured by the job they happen to be applying for. Hopefully this kind of job search results in the right person doing the right tasks.
